Built in 1590, the historic house is characterized by unique charm and impressive architecture. Functionally used as an economic building for the ruling dynasty of the County of Montfort, later characterized by an agricultural and livestock economy, an exclusive and unique hotel concept was created in 2008, in which the symbiosis of tradition and modernity as well as a sustainable and ecologically compatible construction served as central elements today reflect the understanding in our family business.
Now in the eighth generation, we, the Wocher family, together with our valuable team, are constantly developing this philosophy further.
Our motivation is to create a harmonious feeling of well-being in a trustworthy and decelerated atmosphere, which allows us to create new things together and give our guests a unique holiday feeling.

Seit 2019 führt Johannes den Amtshof mit viel Engagement und Herzblut.
Im Jahr 2025 hat er die Verantwortung offiziell übernommen und führt das Haus nun in achter Generation mit seiner Partnerin Lisa weiter.
