New at the Amtshof: Pilates is now also part of our offerings.
On selected days of the week – or upon request – courses with Lisa are offered that promote strength, flexibility and inner balance.

Targeted, controlled exercises primarily activate the deep muscles.
The core is strengthened and posture is sustainably improved.

Calm sequences and conscious breathing support inner balance.
Pilates thus becomes a moment of slowing down and mindfulness.
